1. General Terms of Use

  • Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and purchasing any course from The Adaptive PM Academy (pmwaqas.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Intellectual Property: All course content, videos, documents, templates, and frameworks (including, but not limited to, the 12-Month PM Success Roadmap and The Adaptive PM Academy paid modules) are the exclusive intellectual property of PM Waqas and are protected by copyright law. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.
  • Course Access: Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased course(s) for the lifetime of the course(s) ****.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are clearly listed on the course catalog page and the final checkout page. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment: All payments are processed securely via third-party processors (Stripe). Enrollment is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Goal: The goal is to discourage a customer from downloading all content and immediately requesting a refund.
  • The Policy:
    • Guarantee: We offer a 14-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all paid courses within The Adaptive PM Academy.
    • Condition for Refund: To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Refunds are void if more than 25% of the course content (video lessons/quizzes) has been consumed or accessed.
    • The “No-Risk” Clause: This policy allows students to review the first few lessons to ensure the teaching style is a good fit. Once significant progress is made, the full value of the course is considered delivered.
