1. Who we are

PMWaqas (pmwaqas.com) is operated by Waqas Munawar. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate this site:

  • Email address — when you submit the lead capture form or request a generated document to be sent to your inbox.
  • Project data — the form inputs you provide to our AI tools (project name, sponsor, objectives, etc.). This is stored to improve the service and is never sold.
  • IP address — recorded temporarily for rate limiting purposes only (to prevent abuse of our free tools).

3. How we use your data

  • To deliver AI-generated documents to your inbox via Resend.
  • To notify you about new tools, courses, and content (only if you opted in).
  • To prevent abuse of our free tools via IP-based rate limiting.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic(AI generation). Your project data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate documents — it is subject to Anthropic's data use policy.

5. Data retention

Email addresses and generated documents are retained until you request deletion. IP rate-limit records are automatically purged after 24 hours.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing waqas@pmwaqas.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We use browser sessionStorage to temporarily hold your generated document within the same browser session — this data never leaves your device.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
